Scheduling down time as part of your routine is hard, but worth it, personally, even professionally.

Are you getting sufficient sleep? Quantity and quality
Are you doing something purely because you enjoy it, and not as a to do item or for other people?
How is your diet? Are you eating high quality, real foods or are you living off junk, sugar, caffeine, and processed foods?
How are your activity levels? Do you go to the gym, regular walks, participate in sports? Do you get up from your desk and move on a regular basis?
Are you taking regular time throughout the week to read, listen to audio books, or learn in general?
Are you spending quality time with friends and family (that you like)?
