Scheduling down time as part of your routine is hard, but worth it, personally, even professionally.

- Are you getting sufficient sleep? Quantity and quality
- Are you doing something purely because you enjoy it, and not as a to do item or for other people?
- How is your diet? Are you eating high quality, real foods or are you living off junk, sugar, caffeine, and processed foods?
- How are your activity levels? Do you go to the gym, regular walks, participate in sports? Do you get up from your desk and move on a regular basis?
- Are you taking regular time throughout the week to read, listen to audio books, or learn in general?
- Are you spending quality time with friends and family (that you like)?
- Participate in the call and ask questions
